Bivvy/Tent

Can anybody tell me certain fisheries that allow night fishing allow Bivvies but don't allow Tents, I know that some put it in their rules, I don't mean Tents that are like 200 bedroom hotels, Just say 2 or 3 man ones, cant understand why ??

I would like to do more fishing this winter than usual (in England!). Can anyone suggest a good place, no more than an hour out out of M25. Alternatively, somewhere with the cabin, where you can sleep without freezing!Thanks all

U can try Claverhambury lakes, thats not to bad during the winter, keep the feed minimal ,and try bread on the waggler, just google claverhambury lakes, and it will give u all the info, bottom lake is best!
